This is a 4 week program using body weight circuits that you can do LITERALLY anywhere.
You have the option of 1-2 circuits a day, they can be done as often as you like, and the week culminates in a longer aerobic session (someone say cardio?!) where you will be forced SUSTAIN a HR for a prolonged period of time.
The circuits are designed by me, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, to:
- improve joint mobility, especially of the spine, hips, and shoulders
- get activation of the muscles that no one can stop talking about - those postural muscles and that posterior chain
- improve aerobic capacity
These stand on their own, but they can also be used as a warm up for any training session (do them as prescribed), or as a cool down for a training session (just hold 30s).
