This REHAB program is more challenging than what 99% of regular gym goers are actually doing.
It has to be, or you won't be ready to return to the field.
This program is 3 days/week and full body, with extra emphasis on leg strength, power, and agility.
In addition to the strength program we also include plyometrics and agility work to enhance your athleticism and help reduce your injury risk.
Our 6 week performance program. The program assumes you have access to a typical gym with machines and free weights. You can extend the strength portion of this program for MONTHS.
