In addition to the consult, I'll provide a 4-6 week program that we can customize to your current situation. Ideally we compare my program to whatever program you

have done previously
are currently doing

The customization occurs when we find what's missing from what you are/have done to what you SHOULD have been doing.

If this is a movement issue, I'll most likely have to see you do said movement, either live or a video. My camera will remain off to protect my privacy unless.
